What is Coaching?
Coaching is about discovery, awareness, conscious choice and action — moving from WHAT IS to WHAT IS POSSIBLE.
Each of us holds the power and ability to live a more fulfilling life. The coaching process empowers us to step off autopilot and access the power and self-authority that lies within us. Through a deeper understanding of our core values, life purpose, dreams and vision for the future, coaching provides a pathway for making choices and taking action that align with our authentic, wonderful selves.
Co-Active Coaching
Co-Active Coaching refers to the nature of the coaching relationship in which the coach (me) and the client (you!) work together for the benefit of the client (again, you!). You are in the driver’s seat and I am the co-pilot on this trip we’re taking together. I will listen, ask questions and help you clarify important landmarks along the way. It’s an alliance between the two of us for the purpose of meeting your needs.
Our work starts with discovery. Where are you now? What are your values? What are you longing for? What resources do you already have that will help get you there?
We’ll look at what’s getting in the way of your goals, and what’s keeping you stuck. I’ll invite you to try on different perspectives and explore what’s holding you back. Often this can be the hardest work and the most enlightening work at the same time.
Understanding who you are, where you want to go and what’s keeping you from getting there will empower you to make conscious choices toward achieving your dreams.

Coaching is a safe space for exploring your vision, values, life purpose, dreams, self-acceptance and self-authority.

It’s a place to experiment with different perspectives and ways of being, thinking and doing to see what feels right.
